Opinione su Bravo Buy: Worst and Slow service. Item do not send.

I bought a mobile from them. After 4 days they still not send me. I emailed them and they told that the item will send in further 7 days. So you have to wait for more than 10 days just for dispatch only. I am very very very disappointed by this. Then after too many messages, they refund my money. But still not received the refund. They told that the refund is in process and will take about 7 days...... oh, what a non sense. Do not send the item. Just block your money. Poor service..... I will never buy from them. I am very very very disappointed by them. I am very very very disappointed by them. I am very very very disappointed by them.
