“DIS GUS TING...NO OTHER WAY TO DESCRIBE IT!”

One of the worst experiences possible with a travel agency! They're not clear about anything...costs of penalty, refundings, flights schedules and arrivals and several other things. The client service is embarrassing: it does not offer the possibility to speak to som in your own language, the costs of the phone calls are insane and the waiting times are insanely long. I'm incredibly concerned with this experience and I hardly recommend anyone to NOT book anything with this awful company! Booking a vacation with this company is one of the worst decisions you could ever make! The lady on the phone was also extremely rude and was not listening to me and only telling me that she could not understand what I meant while repeating me over and over again that the flights and other stuff were not refundable...terrible!
