Opinione su Alitalia: Complete disaster

Alitalia invented a new way to make business. You pay an expensive ticket and you realize at the airport that the ticket doesn't exist, despite of having reservation in your pocket. Then they say they are sorry, they leave you in an airport for 3 days telling you they would find a solution amd pay for all the issues created, and finally they disappear. So you buy a new ticket with another Company to come back home and when you call them back they have magically forgotten your story. You fight with them for 3 months and finally they tell you that the maximum they can do is to reimburse the price of the flight. No care at all for the huge issue created... nothing! Never seen a shame like this anywhere, anytime!
