Opinione su Ryanair: NON refundable in case of a serious illness ((

Did NON get a refund in the case of a serious illness as it indicated in your terms for my ill mother. In fact my mother became seriously ill because she have had an hernia. She has an urgent surgery that's why she couldn't fly. As you can saw it from the medical observation and medical prescription in attachment than I've send you. Changes to flight dates, routes, times and customer names can be made online or by contacting our Customer Services Department prior to the initial date of travel. Change fees and possible fare difference will apply.
