I received a 5 star service repair under the promised guarantee. The defect was something with the fingerprint hardware, that occurred after 6 months (possible, definitely for a second hand 3,5 year old phone). Simpaticotech provided an amazing service, even when the phone had to be returned to Italy from the Netherlands. The repair went really fast, alsol through the assistance of Refurbed.com and Fedex. Anyway, an amazing service. Definitely 5 stars and more than recommended to buy from Simpaticotech.it directly or from Refurbed.com, if you want to buy from them from outside Italy, within Europe.
