Dear Bangood team,
this is my chronology of events, the story of order 94649343:

- 30/12/2020 I ordered the pc that was and has always been available and shippable in Italy by chosen warehouse (US). After a few days you have accepted the payment
- 07/01/2021 You have cancelled the order without a valid reason and without telling me anything about the refund
- 10/01/2021 You told me that you would credit the amount on BGPay because it was impossible to make a bank transfer
- 14/01/2021 You told me that it was impossible to credit the amount on gbpay and I had to create a Paypal accout
- 16-20/01/2021 You told me that it is possible to have a discount for a new purchase but they are derisory or not applicable to my product
- 23-26/01/2021 You told me that you are contacting the appropriate departments to make me ship the pc to the same price that I had already paid. Always on the 26th you propose me another tiny discount
- 29/01/2021 You told me you made a bank transfer without sending me any documents or specifications on what was done
- 02/02/2021 Obviously it was not true and I had to create the PayPal account, confirmed to you on this date
- 18/02/2021 You have managed to postpone the refund with various excuses despite the fact that on PayPal it is practically immediate until this date (review, spring festival, etc...)
Final tidbit: you have mistaken the mode of payment as if I had bought the PC to you and not as a personal transfer. Making me "lose" 60 euros.
Fortunately in Paypal are very serious and they refunded me immediately the deficit due to your oversight.

This is clearly a scam. And it's not just me who is the victim but thousands of users as you can see from the reviews all over the site: it's about money seizure, unfair trade and theft.
In addition to the countless hours and time lost and the frustration generated in all of us. You deserve an international sanction. Worst online "trade" (of anything but my own money) in my lifetime.
