Pessimo, statene alla larga!! Se potessi darei 0 punti!

Il giovedi mando un pacco con documento importante tramite spedizione internazionale. La spedizione dovrebbe essere EXPRESS, con arrivo il giorno seguente in altro Stato (Belgio). Il giorno dopo non arriva nulla, il tracking continua a comunicare che si trova a Livorno nel centro di smistamento. Chiamo prima il DHL Belgio, che mi dice che il volo aereo e' stato ritardato e arrivera' quel giorno (venerdi), con consegna lunedi. Fiduciosa, aspetto lunedi, ma il tracking e' sempre bloccato a Livorno e non ho nessuna notizia del pacco. A quel punto chiamo la DHL Italia che farfuglia qualcosa sul fatto che forse e' in Belgio. Riportando quello che mi hanno detto i belgi, aprono (finalmente!) una pratica. Di base non hanno la piu' pallida idea di dove sia il pacco, il che e' a dire poco incredibile per un corriere cosi diffuso. Non hanno processi aziendali che permettano delle verifiche serie. I centralisti sono sgarbati e scortesi (a mia legittima domanda tesa a capire cosa poter fare mi chiedono testualmente "ci dica lei cosa fare!", IO??!!). Alla fine paventano la possibilita' di richiedere un'autorizzazione interna per visionare le telecamere del centro di smistamento (addirittura?!). Credo che questa ipotesi sia tramontata velocemente, giacche' dopo qualche giorno mi comunicano che la spedizione e' smarrita. Alla fine richiamo la DHL belga, che nella sostanza mi dice che non capiscono neanche se il pacco sia partito o meno perche' non risulta che nessuno l'abbia scannerizzato. Questo e' il livello di professionalita' con cui avrete a che fare se scegliete questo corriere. Statene alla larga se volete risparmiare il vostro povero fegato.

On Thursday I send a parcel with an important document by international shipment. The shipment should be EXPRESS, arriving the following day in another country (Belgium). The next day nothing arrives, the tracking continues to tell me that it is in Livorno in the sorting centre. I first call DHL Belgium, who tells me that the flight has been delayed and will arrive that day (Friday), with delivery on Monday. Confident, I wait for Monday, but the tracking is still blocked in Livorno and I have no news about the package. At that point I called DHL Italy, who was babbling something about the fact that it might be in Belgium. Reporting what the Belgians told me, they open (finally!) a file. Basically, they haven't the faintest idea where the package is, which is incredible for such a widespread courier. They don't have any business processes that allow for serious checks. The switchboard operators are rude and discourteous (to my legitimate question aimed at understanding what to do, they ask me verbatim "you tell us what to do!", ME??!!). In the end they threaten the possibility of requesting an internal authorisation to view the cameras of the sorting centre (even?!). I think that this hypothesis is quickly over, because after a few days they inform me that the shipment is lost. In the end, I called the Belgian DHL, who basically told me that they couldn't even tell if the parcel had left or not because there was no record of anyone having scanned it. This is the level of professionalism you will have to deal with if you choose this courier. Stay away from them if you want to save your poor liver.
