Booked, and paid, flight and hotel on 28/10/2018, to travel in August 2019. Great price. I received an email about changing of flight time on 25/05/2019. I wrote some emails contesting variation, and requesting assistance, on 30/05, 18/06, and 04/07/2019: I received only automatic responses to take charge, and promised response within 3 days; followed by emails saying that they could not respond to overloaded work, and would contact me as soon as possible. No response to date. Italian customer service number, found on their website, redirects to call centers where only English is spoken: once it was written that this was only in particular periods of the year, now this notice has disappeared, and there is only voice guide in English. Several unanswered calls after long waits. The only time someone answered was useless: poor audio quality, low voice, English incomprehensible to me, even if I speak it quite well. Solved problem today by calling directly airline. I don't think I'll repeat the experience, and spread the word as much as possible. I find useless and irritating the answers all the same, and in English, to the negative reviews: if they are not automatic, they might as well reply to the e-mails requesting assistance. It is also my opinion that a service provider must equip himself to meet the needs of customers (including the language), and not the other way around. In my opinion, the convenience of price is not worth the potential inconvenience.
