Opinione su TNT: Rude, inefficient, and liars

I realize that sometimes circumstances (weather, holidays, broken engines, etc.) will prevent a prompt delivery, but to have waited for a delayed package (it was during Easter week) and then to have the delivery person tell me to "hurry up" because he has a busy schedule is completely rude and uncalled for. Also I myself have a busy schedule, but I made sure to stay at home on the expected dates, all day long, for the scheduled delivery. I WAITED for "Mr. Hurry Up" for 3 days, even after the tracking "claimed" that a stop was made at my house and I was not there (absolute lie). The least that Mr. Hurry Up could have done was to WAIT the 20 seconds it takes to walk down to the gate. 20 seconds compared to 3 days is nothing.
