Opinione su Zalando: horrible service. can not organize anything

horrible! I made the oder. they didn't deliver it at the place where they were supposed ( it was the shop, what I was possible to choose on there web site). eventually they send it back to the stock, without informing me. still didn't return my money back. we called to there call center and them are not able to help. maximum what the can do to sent my money back - when I don't know. and them are not able to resent my order that I already paid and I want to receive . Useless company. they even don't have contact phone number on their web site. they just take money from you. then if you want to get this products you have to by them again, but the price is already higher at least 50 % more. I've never met such low service ...
