Opinione su FloraQueen: solo interessati ai soldi

ho preso 5 volte i fiori e 2 volte sono stati consegnati in ritardo (di giorni). Chiaramente hanno problemi di consegna ma scelgono il trasportatore più economico e non quello che fa un buon servizio per i clienti. La parte ridicola è il loro sito che sostiene che sono puntuali (vedi foto allegata) e le false recensioni a 5 stelle. Se volete la consegna il giorno giusto NON usate questo servizio, ce ne sono molti altri che vanno meglio. This company is ONLY INTERESTED in making money and does not care about customers. I have used them 5 times and 2/5 flowers were delivered with delay. The most recent episode the flowers were supposed to be delivered on the 6th of November and today (9th) still not delivered yet. The only reply (2 days later) from customer serice is the usual "copy and paste" email that says "we are sorry....bla bla bla here is the voucher for the cost of the delivery" as if a sh*** voucher for a few euros would make up for missing a birthday date and look like you forgot. Clearly they have delivery issues but they think that choosing the most economic expedition service and making more money is more important than having happy customers.....and the most irritating part is the claim on their website that they are proud of their on time delivery and all those evidently fake 5 star reviews.
