Opinione su Maisons du Monde: se potessi vi darei 0 stelle !

Se potessi vi darei 0 stelle! Alcuni mesi fa presso il punto vendita MdM di via La Malfa mi è stata fatta una nota di credito per il reso di un prodotto. Sabato 16 Aprile ci tornai per sfruttare la nota credito, acquistando altra merce. Mi accorsi, però, di avere perso il documento cartaceo ma di avere comunque la copia digitale (foto fatta col cellulare) con tanto di codice a barre...Ebbene, la responsabile di cassa mi disse che la stessa copia non aveva valore, quando invece è noto a tutti che la copia digitale ha a tutti gli effetti valore legale. L'addetto al servizio clienti per tutta risposta mi ha detto che il problema non è risolvibile da loro ma è completamente a discrezione del negozio che mi ha fatto la nota di credito. Lascio a voi giudicare il loro modus operandi. Pur essendo stato un vostro ottimo acquirente negli anni, sta di fatto che da voi non comprerò più neanche uno spillo! ------------------------------------------------------------ If I could I would give you 0 stars! Well, the cashier manager told me that the same copy had no value, when it is known to all that digital copy has legal value in all respects. The customer service clerk in response told me that the problem is not solvable by them but it is completely at the discretion of the store who gave me the credit note. I leave it to you to judge their modus operandi. Although I have been an excellent buyer of them over the years, the fact is that I will not buy even a pin from them anymore!
