In early June I paid $328 , for a pair of Marques' Almeida Jeans that you had incorrectly labelled size US 6. In fact, they were UK 6, which is MUCH smaller,.
Finally, there is the matter of the refund amount: $175, when the original payment was $328. OUTRAGEOUS. UNACCEPTABLE. THIEVERY. First of all, I sent back an item with all tags attached, in the original packaging (an envelope, no less), and in as timely a fashion as possible given the circumstances. Secondly, the price I paid included all taxes, so, please, do not discuss VAT with me, and, in any case, this poor pair of jeans doesn't have have a 50% VAT. No, it's simple, unlike MatchesFashion, Farfetch, Net-A-Porter, italist, My Theresa, etc., you are incompetent in your dealings, and actually steal money from people.
You have your jeans. I want my money. I will do my best to ensure others are not duped as I was, and wish I had checked online reviews before dealing with you. NEVER AGAIN.
